A deposit is taken by card when you book, through Calendly, and holds your appointment — the amount is shown against each consultation below. Your remedy, and any balance on the consultation, are invoiced after we speak. Prices are in Australian dollars and GST does not apply.

- A remedy prepared individually afterwards and posted to you
- Written notes on what we discussed

Follow-up consultation
45 minutes
$50 deposit when you book · $45 invoiced after

Existing clients, usually four to six weeks after your first visit.
- A review of how things have gone since we last spoke
- Adjustments to your prescription where they are called for
- Any further remedy prepared and posted to you

Acute consultation
30 minutes
Paid in full when you book

Short-term or sudden complaints or injuries, for clients I already know.
- A focused conversation about what has come up
- A remedy prepared and posted the same working day where possible
Changing an appointment
Reschedule or cancel through the link in your confirmation email, up to twenty-four hours before we are due to speak. Inside twenty-four hours, email me and we will sort something out.
Private health insurance
Australian private health funds stopped paying rebates for homeopathy on 1 April 2019. Check with your fund for their current position.
