How it works

No mystery about the process

Here is the whole thing, start to finish, so you know what you are booking before you book it.

  1. You book and pay to hold the time

Pick a time from the calendar and pay by card — a deposit for most consultations, the full fee for a short acute one. You get a confirmation email with the video link and a form to fill in beforehand.

  2. You fill in a short intake form

Basic details, what has brought you here, anything you are currently taking. It saves us time and means I arrive knowing a little about you.

  3. We talk for ninety minutes

Over video. You do most of the talking. I ask about your history in detail — not only what brought you here, but how you sleep, how you handle heat and cold, what you crave, what you were like as a child.

  4. I sit with your case

After we speak I take time to work through what you have told me and choose a remedy for you specifically. This is not done during the call.

  5. Your remedy is prepared and posted

I prepare it individually in my own dispensary and post it to you with written instructions. Nothing is made up in advance or taken off a shelf. This is also when you are invoiced for the remedy and any balance left on the consultation.

  6. We speak again in four to six weeks

A follow-up runs for forty-five minutes and is where we look at what has shifted and what has not. How long anyone continues is entirely their decision, and I will tell you when I think you no longer need me.

The kinds of things I ask

They are not small talk

The detail is how a remedy gets chosen for you rather than for your symptoms.

  • How do you sleep?
  • Are you better in fresh air, or worse?
  • What do you crave?
  • Are you warm-blooded or always cold?
  • What time of day do you feel most like yourself?
  • What were you like as a child?
  • How do you handle being rushed?
  • What position do you sleep in?
  • Is there weather you cannot stand?
  • What happened in the year before this started?
